Hi Everyone,

Center Stage Music, will have an official Registration day on Tuesday August 9th from 5-6pm at the studio. Registration that day is first come first serve. Classes are for girls and boys ages 4yrs-6th grade.

Classes are filling up and there are limited openings. If you are interested, please e-mail me with your questions or intentions.

The registration form is on the preceding post. Please copy and paste, print, then bring with you to registration.

Also, something new that I am offering this year is ONE half hour private singing lesson during the semester for $10. I will set those times up later, just let me know when you register if you are interested.

Tuesday .....4:30-5:20 Younger A- 4yrs-2nd grade

Wednesday 2:30 Younger B- 4 yrs – 2nd grade

Fees:
Tuition: $120 (15 week semester)

Registration: $15 (one time, for new students or those returning after a break)
Concert Fee: (reduced!)$10 student or $15 for an immediate family w/more than one student

Discounts:
Early Bird Discount: -$5 off semester tuition if paid by 1st day of class
2nd Child Discount: -$10 off tuition
3rd Child Discount: -$20 off tuition

I certify that this enrollee has no condition that prohibits full participation in activities at Center Stage Music. I assume all ordinary risks when using the facilities and hereby release Holly Barrick, Center Stage Music, Craig & Mardyne Andrews, or any of their instructors and employees, for injury or damage suffered in connection with said use of instructors or facilities.
